Mădălina Elena RAC-ALBU (43 years) is professor assistant at „Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest Faculty of Medicine, Department of Medical Informatics and Biostatistics. She graduated the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies in 1998 and now she is PhD student at Bucharest University of Economic Studies in Economic Informatics. The topic of the research study is Interoperability of medical data - finding new ways to apply interoperability of health records in private medicine in Romania and interoperability of health information between Romania and EU (European Union) countries. | |
