Nathalie JUNOD has a Master in industrial psychology, certified in applied project manage-ment, VMA© (SAVE International), Lean Management (GreenBelt1). For more than 10 years as a consultant and corporate work psychologist. This experience in private and public compa-nies, reinforced by the acquisition of coaching skills, work analysis, allows her to act today mainly in business analysis, teams and organizational behaviours (Lean management, assess-ment & managerial projects, agile team management), and psychosocial risks. Currently, as a lecturer in project monitoring and managerial training for senior and local managers at the HEG Geneva, and research work in governance tools to manage human risks and quality of life at work indicators (QWL).
