Ya Lan WANG received her Executive MBA degree from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST), Taiwan, in 2013. She is currently a Ph.D. student of School of Management at NTUST. Ya Lan has over 20 years of experience in corporate train-ing and 6 years of experience in sales and marketing. She has conducted corporate training for many fortune-100 companies in both China and Taiwan since 2002. Her professional and re-search interests include: creative thinking, corporate training, customer service, selling skills, and service quality.
