Dan STIRBU has graduated the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in Timisoara in 1999. He holds a PhD diploma in Accounting since 2010. He joined the staff of the West University of Timisoara – Faculty of Economics and Business Administration as a teaching assistant in 2002, and since 2007 he is lecturer within the Department of Accounting and Audit at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration – West University of Timisoara. His research focuses on Accounting Information Systems, Financial Audit and Corporate Governance.
