Ester GUIJARRO has graduated the Faculty of Business Administration and Management in 2007 and she holds an MsC in Financial and Fiscal Management from 2009 from Polytechnic University of Valencia. Currently she is completing her PhD thesis on estimation of the unit fill rate in a periodic review inventory policy under discrete demand context. Since 2008 she is lecturer in the Department of Enterprises Management at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Her research work focuses on inventory managements, more specifically in the categorization of classic inventory control policies via the application of exact metrics to any given discrete demand context and lost sales scenario.
