Eliana Marcela PENA TIBADUIZA is a master student of industrial engineering at Univer-sidad Industrial de Santander (UIS), Colombia. She works in the research group in optimization and organization of productive, administrative and logistics systems, OPALO. She belonged to the Young Researchers Program-Colciencas, in 2010. She has graduated as industrial engineer of The School of Industrial and Business Studies at UIS in 2007.
