Bogdan MOINESCU holds an advisory position within the Financial Crisis Management Unit, National Bank of Romania, having, in the same time, the title of senior lecturer at Money and Banking Department from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. He is teaching financial stability and risk management courses to MSc students. Since January 2010, Mr. Bogdan Moinescu became an expert within the TAIEX Programme (DG Enlargement, European Commission), providing technical assistance on financial stability and systemic risk issues.
