Mihaela TUTĂ is PhD candidate since October 2010, at Marketing Department within Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest. She graduated the Faculty of Cybernetics, Statistics and Informatics (being specialized in Economic Informatics) in March 2006 and the Faculty of Marketing (Marketing Policies specialty) in August 2006. She obtained a Master Degree in “Online Marketing”, in March 2008, at ASE Bucharest and is affiliate member of Chartered Management Institute, United Kingdom, since March 2009.Since July 2006 she has been working for Oracle, within Advanced Customer Support (ACS), having the chance to combine her technical knowledge with her business knowledge. Main research areas for her are: online marketing, the Internet, CRM applications, Business Intelligence solutions and their economic impact. | |
