Leonard SĂCUIU has graduated the Faculty of Economic Cybernetics, Statistics and Informatics from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies in 2002. He is currently conducting doctoral research in Economic Informatics at the Doctoral School, Academy of Economic Studies. Fields of interest include distributed applications, SOA and web services, database management, network administration and open source technologies.
