Masatsugu TSUJI is a professor of Graduate School of Applied Informatics, University of Hyogo, Japan and former professor emeritus of Osaka University, Japan. He received his PhD in Economics from Stanford University, USA. His research focuses on telecommunication economics, telemedicine and has numerous publications in peer review journals, books and conference proceedings, etc.
