Anna DEMEROUTI received her university degree in Applied Informatics from the Univer-sity of Macedonia – Thessalonica, Greece in 1997 and her Master in Business Administration from the Henley Management College in 2008. From 1998 to 2007 she worked for Intracom S.A. as internal SAP consultant – Project Manager with analyzing, co-coordinating, imple-menting, teaching, supporting obligations specialized in FI, CFM, CM, SEM SAP modules. Since 2007 she serves the Network Operation Center at the Technological and Educational In-stitution of Chalkis, Greece. She has participated in seminars for Oracle Financials, Developer/2000 : Build Forms, Developer PL/SQL Program Units – Developer/2000: Build Reports, SAP (FI, CO), International Accounting Standards (IAS) and her main research interests are in the area of ERP systems.
