Stelian STANCU has graduated the Faculty of Planning and Economic Cybernetics, Bucharest University of Economics in 1991 and the Faculty of Mathematics, University of Bucharest in 1998. He holds a PhD diploma in "Economic Cybernetics and Prediction" from 1996 and has a remarkable didactic and research activity since 1991 when he joined the staff of Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. Currently, he is full Professor of Microeconomics, Quantitative Economics, Economics of Information, Methods and techniques for project prediction, Processes and business modeling within the Department of Economic Cybernetics. He is the author and coauthor of more than 20 books and an impressive number of articles. He is also project director or member in many important research projects. He made various research stages at Paris – Dauphine IX University, France, Emory University, Atlanta, USA. His research interests include econometrics, statistics, microeconomics, macroeconomics etc. | |
