Doina FOTACHE has graduated the Faculty of Economics at the “Al. I. Cuza” University of Iasi in 1989. She holds a PhD diploma in Accounting from 2000 and currently she is Professor within the Department of Business Information Systems at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in the Al. I. Cuza University of Iasi. She is the author of 12 books and over 90 articles in journals and conferences’ proceedings in the field of enterprise information systems, ERP systems, CRM systems, and Collaborative software (groupware).
