Consequently, we can see an exponential development of ICT which, corroborated in the IoT context with the new paradigms in the field of software development (cloud computing, fog computing, blockchain, etc.), and in the nanotechnology industry draws the boundaries of a new technological ecosystem. As any ecosystem presupposes the existence of a food chain, and in the case of the new technological ecosystem we discover the producers and decomposers. They can be assimilated to technological tools and primary resources on the one hand (IoT, internet, water, air, electricity, etc.), respectively to individuals and communities on the other hand. This is the overall image or background over which aggressive digital solutions are being developed, in various fields, which respond to increasingly specialized, more concrete needs: education, culture, socialization, sports, transport, health, administration, government. In this paper we will present the main aspects of governance in the new technological ecosystem, emphasizing the aspects of e-government and democracy, voting and e-legislation contained in what we generically call e-government. A Study on Romanian Economy Mircea Radu GEORGESCU, Roxana IBANESCU 16 Internet of Things (IoT) is a term used to express the new evolution of the Internet which brings major changes both to economy and society as well as in the business environment and indus-try, in which any physical or virtual object can be connected to other objects or people through the Internet. The usage of IoT technology in Supply Chain Management increase the overall performance and relationship between the supply chain members well as the relationship with the customers, competitors, and suppliers, facilitating the capture, transmission, and analysis of data, having a variety of applications. Our study aim is to analyze the performance factors that are influencing the adoption of Internet of Things technology in Supply Chain Management. In order to identify and examine the factors a quantitative research it’s conducted because it al-lows understanding the factors that characterize an organization and the relations between it and its members, factors that are contributing to better prosperity of the organization and to an increase of performance achieved through the chain, facilitating the integration of business processes between members. Our theoretical model offers an introduction of an indicator metric, symbolized in this paper work with acronym PE, as a tool to define a bridge between the time allocated for each of the three stages of an educational process composed by: teaching, practice and evaluation. A dedicated multimedia mobile application was created to be implemented across a sample population of students using a unique theme and four different versions that simulates a decreasing concentration of multimedia contents. In order to start a parallel approach to our indicator metric, PE, we propose utilization of an interpretation supporting vector analysis starting from our assumption that both formal and informal evaluation could be assimilated together with a scalar vector outcome as a resultant force of final evaluation regarding academic performance. This last objective will be considered as a supplementary evidence on behalf of our indicator metric PE. We emphasized two areas in our laboratory experiment, with different patterns regarding educational energy that flows from instructor or teacher reciprocally toward to the learner, with the status of exothermic and endothermic educational activities. Our last educational energy classification will be considered as a teacher person point of view. In this paper the master objective was to observe the moment when an individual learner uses a multimedia mobile application and to explain with multiple regression analysis outcomes observed. We search possible connections between independent variables represented by time coverage of different educational stages and a dependent variable represented by the indicator metric PE and, furthermore, by the resultant of force resulted from formal and informal evaluation. Sajidul MOHSIN, Rayhan HAMIM 40 This paper aims examine the impact of e-commerce sites on the economic growth in Bangladesh. It also tries to portray the entire scenario of growing e-commerce site and its pros and cons which relates with the national economy. The internet is new window of opportunity for business minded people. E-commerce is anything that contains web enabled transaction. Not only big enterprises but also small and medium enterprises have adopted e-business platform. The scope of e-commerce sites growth is likely to lead to GDP growth and affect the national economic growth. Fruitfulness is stronger in developing country but if government considers e-commerce growth then it’s not far away when e-commerce site will be one of the most promising factor that increases National GDP. The result of this study shows that there is a strong positive relationship between all the e-commerce site factors (independent variable) and economic growth (dependent variable) in Bangladesh. Also the result of correlation shows that the relationship among all the independent variables is significant as well. Portable application security has gotten similarly significant in this day and age. A penetrate in versatile security cannot just give programmers access to the client's very own life progressively yet in addition reveal information like their present area, banking data, individual data, and significantly more. In this paper are presented security risks for Android ecosystem, for the iOS ecosystem and also some common risks for both platforms and recommendations in order to avoid this security flaws. Jobs that allow remote work are done from home and technologies for video conferencing, online shopping, online services from the state etc. are now in the foreground. Cloud and mobile technologies were already on an upward trend in popularity, but this period propelled them even more into people's preferences. However, like any technology, they can pose security risks in the context of a more intensive use by a larger audience, which must be taken into account. Of course, the risks must also be measured in comparison with the opportunities that have arisen in the new context. This paper aims to analyze the potential security risks posed by a more intensive use by a larger population of the cloud and mobile technologies. At the same time, the opportunities brought by these technologies in the new pandemic context will be analyzed. Based on a survey [10] one of the main causes of failing project are technical or managerial skills and lack of communication. Due to the increase difficulty of these kind of projects managers are choosing hybrid management techniques [10] in order accommodate to IoT projects. Project managers should be involved from the early stages of the project even in the technical issues that may appear, issues addressed in other types of projects by technical people. Even from the research phase of the project. In IoT projects the project management should have a backup plane due to the high risk of failure.
