A SWOT Analysis of the Role of Artificial Intelligence in
Project Management Claudiu BRANDAS, Otniel DIDRAGA, Andrei ALBU 5 Projects are critical to the success of organizations, and therefore improving project management (PM) is imperative. Artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized PM, especially in certain key sectors of the economy. This scientific paper explores the role of AI in PM, focusing on the health, energy, and education sectors. Also, the paper presents an analysis of literature and specialized practice to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats regarding AI in PM through the SWOT analysis method. We highlighted the recent advances in AI and the challenges and opportunities presented by using this technology in PM. The study looks at AI's current and future applications in the mentioned sectors. It provides examples of observed benefits, including reduced project duration, cost savings, and increased project success rates. It also emphasizes the impact of AI in the lifecycle of project managers and discusses job replacement concerns. Our findings highlight the potential of AI to bring significant improvements in PM but emphasize the importance of human communication and collaboration in specific fields, such as the healthcare industry. Given the transition to renewable energy sources, it also highlights the need for an adaptable and data-driven approach to energy sector PM. This article provides an overview of the methods, tools, and processes that can be used to ensure effective cloud incident response. The review first delves into the fundamental technologies and methodologies driving IoT, followed by a discussion on the technological underpinnings enabling the CE. It subsequently analyses the intersection of IoT and CE, supported by relevant examples. The challenges of integrating these two domains and potential solutions are also addressed. The review concludes with prospective technical research directions and potential areas for future exploration. We covered what a chatbot is and how it works, we made a brief history of its evolution, listed and described the benefits of using the chatbots, but also presented their limitations. Additionally, the article describes five chatbot models developed and implemented in different fields of activity and presents comparisons of the functionalities and applicability of these solutions. In conclusion, we emphasize the interest and concern of business people to expand the use of chatbots in all fields of activity, emphasizing its major contribution to economic progress and the development of society as a whole. In general, a distributed system is defined as a computer system implemented within a computer network in which both software and hardware components located on computers within the network communicate and coordinate their actions via messages. Optimizing the performance of distributed web systems has become a top priority in the current context of technological evolution and the continuous growth in the number of users and online traffic. These systems are fundamental to delivering services and content to users worldwide, but the ever-increasing demands for availability and scalability have brought new challenges. Finite state machines are a powerful and flexible technique for modelling distributed systems using the Python language. Finite state machines are popular for modelling distributed systems due to the fact that they represent an easy and flexible way to represent these systems, and together with the Python language, they manage to model complex systems. The two are used to illustrate complex system behaviour, communication between system nodes, node synchronization, error handling, and performance optimization. In this study, various strategies and techniques for optimizing their performance have been analysed.
